The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with one double bed (180 x 200) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200). Both bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, washbasin and shower.
The cosy living room is bright and comfortably furnished, ideal for relaxing after a day full of activities. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and more.
Whether you come to relax, play golf or enjoy all that the Costa Blanca has to offer, these villas offer the ideal base for an unforgettable holiday.

No pets are allowed in this holiday home. In addition, there is no smoking inside. Tenants younger than 25 years or groups are not allowed in this property.
Winter rental: Our winter period is from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly price applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month. It does not have to coincide with a calendar month.
Key transfer: Key transfer is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home between 16:00 and 20:00 on the first day of your stay. On the day of departure, you normally leave the property before 10.00 am. On your arrival and during your holiday, the caretakers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you and personally hand over the keys and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They will also be your point of contact during your stay.

Total Service: We also provide airport service. If required, we can also pick you up from and take you away to the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, a driver will be waiting for you. He will take you directly to your holiday home and back to the airport at the agreed time.  We will do everything we can to ensure you have a wonderful holiday!
