Besides renting out houses and flats, we are also a reliable partner for you as a keyholder of your property on the Costa Blanca South or the Costa Calida.
From key management to a comprehensive package of inspections and pool maintenance, you can come to us for everything!!!
Property management €25/month excl. IVA
- Key management under the conditions described below.
- Monthly inspection of your property and any additional inspection after storms or heavy rainfall.
- Checking that all utilities are functioning properly (electricity, water, gas)
- Flushing of all toilets, taps and showers to prevent drying out and possible odours.
- Checking lighting and replacing bulbs if necessary.
- Ventilate the entire house and check for any moisture.
- Checking for the presence of insects or other pests.
- Testing of all electrical equipment.
- Checking shutters, locks and any grills.
- Checking and emptying the mailbox, depositing any mail present in the property. Important mail is opened and forwarded to the owner by us after owner's approval.
- Direct telephone contact with owners in case of important matters or occurrences.

Key management €59/year excl. IVA
If you are not a year-round resident in Spain or have locked yourself out, it is good to know that there is a professional office where the keys to your Spanish property are safely stored, for whatever reason, access to your property can always be required.
Your keys are kept in a secure environment and, upon written request, we will make them available to other parties. (To be collected at the office)
